Job Description

Primary Purpose: As a member of the Morning Pointe Operations Team, all associates are responsible for commitment to and support of the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. This position is responsible for implementation of the Morning Pointe Preventative Maintenance Program, general maintenance repairs and physical plant safety throughout the Morning Pointe residence.


Qualifications/Skills Needed: The successful candidate must hold a High School Diploma or GED. Prefer candidates have 2 years general maintenance work experience in a public facility. Duties include, but are not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general facility maintenance repairs (not requiring a trade license). In addition, small appliance repairs and carpet/tile floor maintenance experience necessary. Candidate must have knowledge of safety regulations in a public facility. Good verbal and written ...
