Maintenance Coordinator

This professional will be responsible to manage the maintenance and infrastructures team, coordinating all the operations regarding maintenance plans, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety, budget and spare parts management.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;

• Define the annual budget for the department and assume its control and management;

• Be an active part in the safety and quality first mentality and act accordingly;

• Define and manage the external suppliers of service and materials for the department;

• Maintain and improve the KPI's for the department;

• Define and manage spare parts stocks;

• Be active in the development plan for the team, assuming an important role on their motivation and alignment;

• Participation in continuous improvement projects;

• Define and implement CapEx replacements.
