Candidates need a background in a box production facility As one of the Maintenance leaders within the facility, you will be responsible for making sure all equipment and lines are in efficient and proper working order. Also the inclusion of sharing your experience and knowledge with the entire maintenance staff. Participate in continuous improvement projects, plant operational needs, and ensure production standards are met. What you'll be doing: Produce and maintain a Plant Safety Maintenance program to ensure industry best practices are in place.
Proactively lead maintenance staff, and produce the highest quality standards of strategy and operations
Supervise and inspect maintenance operations, equipment repairs, and lead shut down/start ups as needed
