About the Role

St George's College is seeking a highly qualified Campus Maintenance & Infrastructure Lead for a permanent, full-time position at our North Campus (Los Polvorines). This role transcends day-to-day repairs. We are looking for a professional with a strong service mindset and operational leadership to oversee our 9-hectare campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the absolute safety, optimal functionality, and high-standard aesthetic preservation of all school facilities (classrooms, offices, common areas, and sports fields). Beyond the technical skills, the idóneo candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact with school leadership, external providers, and key community partners, local authorities, and external security services. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to professionally manage a consolidated in-house team of maintenance and cleaning staff are essential.
