Job Title: Remedials Co-ordinator Location: Woodgate Valley, Birmingham Job Purpose The role involves liaison between clients and field engineers, processing service reports, and generating remedial quotations. What you will be doing Process and review engineer reports using Corrigo work management system Interpret technical reports to identify defects, faults, and compliance issues Diagnose problems from engineer feedback and determine appropriate remedial actions Raise remedial works cost estimation and quotations Prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for fire protection works as required Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal engineers, service team and clients.
