About The Role

As a Maintenance bricklayer, you'll deliver day‑to‑day repairs across our homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and right the first time. Working in both occupied and void properties, you'll carry out a range of tasks – from brickwork and external repairs to associated trades – using your skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions. You'll manage your own workload, meet agreed timescales, and work closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and a customer‑first approach.
