Maintenance Attendant

Manoir Manrèse, a friendly private seniors' residence located near Parc des Braves, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Attendant. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Salary: Starting at $24.79 per hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change light bulbs in the common areas
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Make service calls
• Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
