Maintenance Assistant

EQUANS are looking for a Maintenance Assistant working on our Pinderfields & Pontefract contract in Wakefield. This role would be a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

Working within the Technical Services team, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe completion of repairs, minor planned installation, and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment, building fixtures and plant to the highest of standards for our clients.

The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on lighting, water and heating services and reactive repairs to building fabric e.g. plasterwork, floor coverings, ceramic tiles etc as required.

Beam Cleaners are required to work at hight inspecting and cleaning where required Active beams throughout the buildings.
