Maintenance Assistant

Introduction

Join Rosebank House in Reading as a Part Time Maintenance Officer, where you will play the lead role in creating a well-presented and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society.

Working 25 hours per week, you will be the primary person responsible for ensuring the service's facilities are fit for purpose. You will oversee all maintenance, gardening, and audits to identify and repair any faults, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for service users, staff, and visitors.

Working with established site teams, you will lead on all maintenance-related tasks for Rosebank House, managing contractors and coordinating the upkeep of the service. You will be the main point of contact for all maintenance aspects at this location.
