We are seeking a reliable and practical Property Maintenance Operative to join our clients team.

This is a permanent opportunity with an initial 12-week period through our recruitment agency, acting as a probationary period before transferring to the client's payroll.

Working Hours

~ Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

~35 hours per week

~ Additional hours may be available during between-tenancy turnaround periods



Key Responsibilities

Carrying out routine property maintenance inspections on site

Completing minor repairs and remedial works

Internal and external painting and decorating

Supporting property compliance checks and ensuring records are maintained

Preparing properties between tenancies

Reporting maintenance issues and recommending corrective actions ...
