Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Porter to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential property in Hempstead, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, custodial, porter, or maintenance work and take pride in maintaining clean and well-kept facilities.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, offices, and community spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash from interior and exterior areas
Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds
Collect and properly dispose of garbage and recycling
