Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Able to monitor repair and maintenance work at site such as electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb, walkway and others at site.
• Daily landscape maintenance inspection and cleanliness inspection of all zones and columbarium and all toilets.
• Daily maintenance inspection on building air-con, lift, lighting and others.
• Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
• Supervise the cleanliness of building, roadside, ponds and etc.
• Supervise and mobilization of maintenance workers.
• Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
• Assist on set-up works for praying rites and event function.
• Prepare and submit daily maintenance record and checklist to management for further review and action.
• Any other task assigned to you by your superiors from time to time.
