We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and support the upkeep and smooth running of our villages. We are driven by a clear purpose: to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every single day.

Responsibilities

• Undertake repair work to support preventative maintenance tasks, including legionella control, residential checks, site surveys, and general repairs
• Prioritise and complete work requests raised by residents and colleagues, determining the most effective solutions
• Report damages and defects promptly and accurately to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct residential checks, monitor issues, and provide practical maintenance solutions
• Support the grounds team with gardening, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance duties
• Drive the village minibus as part of the driver rota, where required
• Assist the Head of Maintenance with repairs...
