Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Job Purpose

The Maintenance and Reliability Manager will lead and manage the Reading Plant Maintenance Department with a strong focus on equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. Drive maintenance strategy and execution to ensure production, quality, health, safety, environmental, and cost performance targets are achieved.

Provide leadership and accountability to deliver safe, efficient, and cost‑effective maintenance operations while building a proactive, reliability‑centered maintenance culture across the site.
