Cape Smokey is a high‑end real estate development company that is in the process of developing a major year‑round resort and ski hill at Cape Smokey, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Cape Smokey features the first gondola in Atlantic Canada, a 16‑run ski hill (with additional runs being added), and will feature a restaurant, microbrewery, and a treewalk. We are located at 38696 Cabot Trail Road, Ingonish Beach, Nova Scotia, B0C 1L0, Canada.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager (NOC 70012) to oversee the overall operations and maintenance of our ski hill. This is a permanent, non‑seasonal, position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the ski hill.
• Prepare budgets for the ski hill and monitor revenues and expenses.
