**Your Role:**

Maintenance and Facilities Manager is responsible for leading plant maintenance and facilities operations to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective support of manufacturing activities. The role oversees facility infrastructure, utilities, maintenance systems, contractor management, and project execution while driving equipment uptime, service performance, and continuous improvement across the site.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Lead maintenance and facilities strategy and day-to-day execution to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
