Maintenance & Capital Investment Projects Engineer (Antalya)

• Develop annual maintenance strategies and plans; analyse KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF and drive continuous improvement actions


• Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems; manage task allocation, performance and technical capability development within the maintenance team


• Lead autonomous maintenance initiatives and expand 5S, Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices to support cultural transformation


• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and CAPEX investment plans; manage resource planning, cost projections and periodic reporting


• Plan and coordinate installation, commissioning and relocation of machinery and equipment, including civil, mechanical and electrical works


• Manage contractors, project schedules, progress payments and corrective actions for deviations


• Organise project meetings, documentation and cross-functional coordination with relevant departments
