**Job Title: Mainframe CICS System Administrator**
**Duration: 12+ Month (Potential extension)**
**Location: Phoenix, AZ**
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

+ Strong hands-on experience with Job Control Language (JCL)
+ Deep understanding of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS)
+ Proven experience in Mainframe Support and production operations
+ Solid background in Systems Programming within a mainframe environment
+ Experience with CICS system administration and support
+ Knowledge of TSO/ISPF utilities, datasets, and mainframe tools
+ Familiarity with batch scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M, or equivalent)
+ Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning
+ Understanding of mainframe security frameworks (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret)
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
