Application SME:
Core Mainframe Expertise

Deep knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM (z/OS)
Ability to understand and troubleshoot legacy code and batch jobs

Business Domain Understanding

Strong grasp of end-to-end business processes (Claims, Policy, Billing, etc.)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
