**ONSITE – Lexington, KY**

**Pay:** $15.00/hour during training; after training, compensation transitions to a performance-based piece rate (ABC rate), with earning potential based on productivity. _This pay rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying._
