Your role in our mission

  • Fulfill and distribute claim forms and envelopes to providers and internal units

  • Prepare and mail Provider Welcome Packets and Family PACT educational material orders

  • Envelope Labeling for outgoing Provider Packets

  • Restocking Inventory Supplies (ability to lift up to 50lbs)

  • Meter outgoing mail and create UPS labels for shipping

  • Print and Mail provider letters
