Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated professional to join their Mailroom Operations team in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily mailroom activities, including receiving and unloading delivery trucks, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring packages are accurately tracked and distributed.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees with locating packages, responding to emails, resolving delivery-related issues, and serving as a reliable point of contact for mailroom inquiries. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
