Hours per day: 2- 2 1/2 hrs Days per week : 5 days per week Effective start date : March 30th, 2026 Season date: June 8th 2026- May 1st, 2027 Effective end date: June 4th, 2027 Specific duties include but are not limited to: Serve as the Head Coach of the Cheer and Dance program. Develop a positive team culture and provide clear direction and vision for the MHS Cheer and Dance programs. Develop individual and team skill sets, techniques, and strategies necessary for overall team/program success. Create and communicate a team/program vision, strategy; provide instruction to student-athletes in the consistent execution of that strategy. Plan for all school and community events, competitions, including preparation and post-competition review.
