MacOS Desktop Engineer

Description
The Senior Desktop Engineer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of macOS systems, including MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple endpoints. The position will support secure device management, policy enforcement, system monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance within the IT environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provision, configure, and maintain macOS environments while ensuring compliance with DoD security guidelines.
• Administer and support Jamf Pro or comparable mobile device management solutions for macOS endpoint management.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, patching workflows, software deployment, and security enforcement.
• Support macOS endpoint lifecycle activities, including imaging, deployment, upgrades, refresh, and retirement.
