+ Perform tooling changes, offsets, and light program edits
+ Inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances

✅ **What You Need**

+ 3+ years CNC machining experience (lathe or mill)
+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
+ Experience with offsets, setups, and basic program adjustments

➕ **Preferred (Not Required)**

+ Manual machining or hydraulic cylinder experience
