Pay Rate: $44 - $56/hr

**Job Description:**

Minimum 8 years in tool-and die fabrication, including at least 5 years leading CNC-mill/lathe cell operations.

Proven proficiency with CNC set-up, programming (G-code, M-code, etc.) and CAM software (Mastercam or similar).

Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation; ability to work with 3-D tool models.

Understanding of inspection tools to perform in process quality control.

Excellent communication skills-ability to discuss complex technical concepts with cross-functional teams.
