**Job Title: CNC Setup Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up, changing over, and operating multiple CNC machines to produce high-quality custom parts in small batch quantities. You will design and machine parts using manual equipment, lathes, and CNC machinery, while programming directly at the machine using G and M code to support both electronic and mechanical door hardware components.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC machines for production, including tooling, workholding, offsets, and program loading.
+ Perform efficient changeovers between jobs, especially for 1–3 piece custom part orders.
+ Operate and monitor 3–4 CNC machines simultaneously to maintain steady production flow.
+ Design and machine parts using manual machines, lathes, and CNC equipment based on production requirements.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
