Machinist

**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist capable of working in a dynamic job shop environment to manufacture complex, tight-tolerance components. This role requires strong “print-to-part” expertise and the ability to independently take parts from blueprint through final production while meeting strict quality and delivery deadlines. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform advanced machine setups and adjust CNC equipment based on provided programs
+ Edit and optimize G & M code programs as needed
+ Operate CNC machines to complete complex, multi-step machining operations
+ Adjust speeds, feeds, offsets, and tooling during production
+ Interpret blueprints, programming instructions, and setup documentation
+ Configure tooling, material clamping methods, and machine calibrations
+ Perform operations such as boring, milling, drilling, facing, threading, and occasional contouring
