**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support ongoing growth by producing high-precision, tight-tolerance components. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and turning centers to meet exact customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills to produce precision parts to tight tolerances and customer specifications.
+ Operate CNC mills, lathes, and turning centers, ensuring parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
+ Perform complete machine setups on CNC equipment, including tooling, fixturing, work offsets, and program loading.
+ Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
