**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce parts as per specifications.
+ Set up machines and perform tooling changes efficiently.
+ Complete program edits using G&M codes with precision.
+ Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for manufacturing processes.
+ Work in a job shop environment, focusing on precision over mass production.
+ Maintain tight tolerances of +/- 0.001.
+ Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ years of CNC machining experience.
+ Proficiency in setting up machines and performing tooling changes.
+ Ability to complete program edits using G&M codes.
+ Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
