+ Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders
+ Perform tooling changes and program edits (G & M codes)
+ Read blueprints, apply GD&T, and hold tolerances to ±0.001
+ Inspect parts with precision instruments
+ Collaborate with a growth‑oriented team

+ Strong blueprint reading & measurement skills
+ Comfort in a job shop environment (custom, low‑volume work)
+ Familiarity with Haas, Mastercam, or SolidWorks a plus
