**Job Description**

The Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision metal components used in energy, industrial, and field-service applications. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and experience machining parts to tight tolerances. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment and capable of producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machines, including tooling installation, offsets, and program loading.
+ Operate machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and work orders.
+ Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional tolerances.
