Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience.

• Running CNC Machine creating prototypes, one-offs and batch work.
• Using controls.
• Learning about quality control.
• Daily tasks.

Wage

£15,184 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. The hourly rate can be increased to £10.85 for the right person.

Hours

Monday – Thursday 08:00 am – 16:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break. Friday 08:00 am – 12:30 pm.

36 hours 30 minutes a week.

Start date: Thursday 1 October 2026.

Duration: 3 years 6 months.

Training

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
