Collins Aerospace is looking to hire Machine Shop Technician – Grinder , reporting to the Supervisor – Processing, as the Machine Shop Technician - Grinding, you will be responsible for general grinding on the weekend night shift.

Work Location: Oakville Facility, Ontario – Canada

Shift Hours – Weekend Nights – Friday - Sunday (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

What You Will Do

• ID and OD grinding of large chrome and HVOF plated aircraft components
• Participate in lean initiatives (i.e. 5S, TPM, process improvement teams)
• Communicate and co‑ordinate priorities and process issues between operators and shifts
• Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Use of Cranes to move parts
