We are recruiting a Machine Shop Manager for our engineering client in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Leading and guiding the Production Engineering team and Machining team to identify methods of manufacturing which deliver continuous improvement and efficiencies. Lead and manage safety, people, productivity, cost, quality, delivery, utilisation aspects of CNC machine shop with 25 machine tools, 40 employees operating in 3 shifts Mon- Fri.
