Machine Shop Lead

Are you an experienced Machinist ready to take the next step in your career? Cornell Pump Company is seeking a Machine Shop Lead to join our 2nd shift team in Clackamas, OR. In this role, you will oversee daily machining operations during swing shift, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on leader who takes pride in their work and is ready to take ownership of both people and processes while driving efficiency and quality on the shop floor.
