Be a pivotal part of our team as a Machine Shop Foreman, focusing on fabrication and maintenance tasks in a hands-on, on-site role. Ensure safety and efficiency while managing a skilled team.
With at least 5 years of experience and relevant trades certification, you will oversee daily operations in a noisy, dusty environment. Your leadership will involve supervising 11-15 staff members, including apprentices and machine operators, while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritizing safety and excellent communication, you will drive outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
• Set up and maintain CNC machinery
