Machine Setter - N/Subs R14500 per month plus O/Time & Benefits
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical and mechanical experience
- Mechanical settings and minor adjustments
- Basic fault-finding (e.g., clearing jams, adjusting guides/nozzles, tweaking speeds)
- Able to set up machines from a standard
- Use of scales, gauges, simple tools, and basic measuring devices to achieve correct settings.
- Exposure to automated lines, PLC-controlled machinery, or HMI interfaces
- Grade 12 / N3
- 3–5 years in machine setting / production, ideally FMCG, chemical, or cosmetics manufacturing
- Filling, capping, labelling, batching, packing
