Machine Operator (Coating)Location: Matthews
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shifts: Rotating schedule — 30 days on first shift, 30 days on second shift, 30 days on third shift. Must be willing to work all shifts.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Coating Assistant Operator I to join our production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our coating equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all company safety rules, regulations, and policies. Identify and respond to potential safety hazards (machine guarding, light curtains, pinch points, LOTO, SDS, grounding, e-stops, fire alarms, evacuations). Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times during a shift. Learn and operate online support equipment: HMI’s (SCADA/Wonder Ware), camera systems, thickness gauges, UV lights, viscometers, corona treaters, web cleaners, edge guides....
