Machine Operator/Assembler (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay & Benefits
$17.50/hr starting pay, with overtime available on Fridays, but currently working Monday through Thursday.. Contract-to-hire with clear pay growth: once hired in, you’ll receive a $1/hr raise, then $0.50 raises quarterly. benefits include medical/dental/vision (after 30 days), 401(k) + profit sharing (after 6 months), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and vacation time. On-site fitness center.
Hours & Location
North Ridgeville, OH • Monday–Thursday 5:50am–4:20pm • OT Fridays as needed
Breaks: 30-minute lunch + (2) 10-minute breaks
