**Job Title: Machine Operator – Robotic Welding**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components in a clean, organized, and relaxed fabrication environment. You will run robotic welders, perform precise measurements, interpret blueprints, and complete routine maintenance to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications, including robotic systems such as Panasonic and similar platforms.
+ Load and unload materials onto welding fixtures and jigs in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust parameters as needed to maintain weld quality and consistency.
