**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

This role supports the safe and efficient operation of production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Adjuster Assistant ensures machines are properly supplied and set up, maintains a clean and organized work area, and assists with packaging and basic mechanical tasks on 2nd or 3rd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift.
+ Keep production machines supplied with paper, ink, and glue to ensure continuous operation.
+ Change paper rolls as needed to support ongoing production.
+ Change printing plates according to production requirements and job specifications.
+ Assist with packing finished products as needed to meet production schedules.
+ Follow detailed written and verbal instructions for machine setup and operation.
