**Job Description**

The Machine Operator sets up, maintains, and operates production machinery to ensure efficient, continuous, and high-quality output. This role requires a reliable individual who works with strong attention to detail and adheres to safety standards at all times. You will receive on-the-job training and are expected to demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously improve. The position will train on first shift for approximately 2–4 months before transitioning to second shift; for the right candidate, the transition to second shift may be fast-tracked if needed.

+ Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to prepare for each production cycle.
+ Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed and other parameters, to meet production requirements.
