Job Title: Machine Operator Tier 1 - First Shift
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Type: Contract
Compensation: $22.00 / hour
Contractor Work Model: On-Site
Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with mandatory overtime every other Saturday
Security Clearance: Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance from the U.S. State Department required



Responsibilities


+ Operate production machinery while continuously monitoring the quality of output and machine performance.

+ Perform small machine adjustments using company-supplied hand tools and other supplies as needed to ensure product quality and production speed.

+ Maintain equipment in good working order and document logs for production, inventory receipt of raw materials, ISO controls, and finished goods.

+ Shred destruction materials and stock materials in preparation for production.

+ Conduct weekly cleaning of the shop floor, including sweeping and trash...
