+ Operate machines and oversee assigned production lines to meet output and quality targets.
+ Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and resolve routine equipment issues.
+ Identify issues early to prevent downtime and maintain production flow.
+ Diagnose problems within scope and escalate more complex issues to Maintenance Technicians.
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
+ Support and apply lean manufacturing concepts such as 5S and basic SPC practices.
