**What You'll Do**

+ Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
+ Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
+ Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
+ Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
+ Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
+ Maintain quality standards and production records
+ Operate forklifts, cranes, and hand tools as required
+ Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

**What We're Looking For**

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience
+ Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
