Description:

• Operate production machinery, including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines, in a safe and efficient manner
• Start up equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; promptly report any issues to maintenance or leadership
• Replace mesh and Teflon belts safely and correctly to maintain continuous production flow
• Adjust machine settings to meet required product specifications, including size, weight, and overall quality
• Verify recipes, seasonings, weights, and system settings during changeovers using the ERP system (Plex)
• Accurately complete all production documentation and ensure data is properly recorded in system applications
