**Job Description**

+ Set up and operate press machines and press brakes to form and shape metal components.
+ Read blueprints and adjust machine settings to meet precise specifications and tolerances.
+ Perform inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality.
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production flow.
+ Handle materials safely, maintain records, and follow safety (OSHA) and quality standards.
+ Support continuous improvement, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with team members.
