**Hiring Machine operators - Pay range $20 - $28/hour in Cambridge, MN.**

**Pay & Shift :**

+ All shifts are available
+ 2 & 3rd shift - with Shift differentials up to +$3/hour
+ Monday to Thursday
+ Fridays are Overtime

**Responsibilities :**

+ Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment to produce parts according to work instructions and specifications.
+ Load raw materials into CNC machines safely and efficiently, ensuring correct setup for each production run.
+ Monitor machine operations, including automatic machines with robotic arms, and respond promptly to any issues or alarms.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and other hand measurement tools to inspect parts as they come off the machine and verify they meet quality requirements.
+ Perform basic quality inspections and document results as needed to support production and quality control processes.
