The Machine Operator sets up and operates dicing machines to singulate resistors to precise sizes in a cleanroom environment. This role involves handling and maintaining specialized equipment, working under a microscope to inspect parts, and following detailed written instructions to ensure product quality and safety. The operator works under limited supervision and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality electronics manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate dicing machines to singulate resistors to specified sizes.
+ Perform loading and unloading of parts and materials into and from dicing machines.
+ Align, clean, and perform routine maintenance on dicing machines to ensure optimal performance.
